Due to overwhelming demand, appointments for the first land release will be prioritised using a ballot draw. A $2,000 fully-refundable deposit is required to enter the ballot, and if successful your appointment will be allocated in priority order of the ballot draw.*


How to Buy

 

 

1. Register your interest

You will be added to our customer database and will receive updates
as information on land releases becomes available.

2. Get ready

Once a sales release date has been confirmed, we will mail our
database with price lists and plans.

3. Secure an appointment

Due to overwhelming demand, appointments for the first land release will be
prioritised using a ballot draw. If you are successful in securing an appointment,
you will be asked to pay a $2,000 fully-refundable deposit.

4. Pay the balance

The balance of your 5% deposit will be payable by the end of your cooling off period.

5. Come and see us

You will then be invited to come into the Land Sales Centre for 
a preview weekend where you can discuss your options with one of
our friendly Sales Consultants.

6. Sale day!

Once you have chosen your lot, you will sign a Contract of Sale with a 5 day cooling off period.
This will provide your solicitor or conveyancer an opportunity to review the contract.

7. Congratulations!

You have secured your dream lot at Figtree Hill

 

 

*A $2,000 CC pre-authorisation will be taken when submitting the Figtree Hill Ballot Form. Payment will be fully refunded in the event that you decide not to proceed with a purchase. If you are successful in securing a lot on Sale Day, the payment will be treated as part-payment of the deposit at the time the land sale contract is signed.
