Calderwood Valley has achieved a 6 star Green Star rating under the Green Building Council Australia Communities Rating tool.

Green Star is an internationally recognised sustainability rating system. The achievement of a 6-star rating showcases that Calderwood Valley has satisfied and exceeded the requirements for accreditation in the categories of Governance, Design, Liveability, Economic Prosperity, Environment and Innovation.
