Development Update

Information provided below is correct as at December 2019.

2019 has been a busy year at Bingara Gorge, with three beautiful new precincts, and Stringybark Creek Bridge all in the final stages of construction. Greenbridge East, Fairways East, and The Village are all on track for registration from early to mid-2020.

Greenbridge East (stages A & B) - nearing completion

Greenbridge East (stages 4 A & B) are now nearing practical completion and Wollondilly Council will be onsite conducting final inspections this month.

Services have been installed to each land lot, footpaths are complete, street lights, traffic signs and street trees have also been installed, and the final road surfacing is in progress.

In January 2020, the street name signs will be installed, ready for the registration process to commence! The streets in Greenbridge East have been named in memory of fallen soldiers from World War One who lived locally in the Wollondilly Shire. View the street names.

Land registration is anticipated for March 2020, once Stringybark Creek Bridge is complete.

To mark this exciting milestone for Bingara Gorge, there will be an opportunity for purchasers to view their land prior to settlement, and for prospective customers to view the remaining land lots in February 2020.

Fairways East (stage 1J) - taking shape

Fairways East (stage 1J) is continuing to progress well and is in the final stages of completion, with key milestones being achieved every week!

Sewerage infrastructure and essential services have now been installed to each land lot, and road sub grading is complete.

This month, street lights will be installed, and the roads sealed.
Land registration is anticipated for March 2020.

Purchasers and prospective customers will be invited to view the land in February 2020. Contact us for more information.

The Village

Construction of The Village, the latest release at Bingara Gorge commenced on the 4th November. The first step in preparing the land ready for homes, is called bulk earthworks. This is where soil is added and moved around within the parcel of land in order to make the height and level of the area suitable for construction.

We look forward to providing more updates ahead of registration, which is anticipated for May 2020.
