Living Here
Groups and Events
Creating safe, self-sustaining communities where neighbours have the opportunity to meet and become friends is an important part of all Lendlease communities.
Thoughtful town planning gives our developments the village-like atmosphere that neighbourhoods always had in the past. Lendlease is currently working with the Penrith City Council on a purpose-built Community Resources Hub which will be located on the corner of Lakeside Parade and Cullen Avenue. Construction will commence in Oct 2016 and will be due for completion by late 2017. The Community Resource Hub will feature IT, playgroup and a multi-purpose function hall that can cater for up to 120 people ideal for large family and friend gatherings.
Along with our Welcome Program, Jordan Springs holds community events throughout the year and as the neighbourhood continues to grow, you’ll have the opportunity to meet new people either through community groups such as the Coffee, Cake and Chat Club, Mothers Group and more.
Get in touch with the Jordan Springs Sales and Information Centre to find out about upcoming events and programs or join our facebook page to keep in the loop.
