Information provided below is correct as at 1st May 2018.

Best Residential Development and Best Master Planned Community in Australia!

Alkimos Beach has recently been crowned the winners of two distinguished awards, the National Award in the 2018 Residential Development category by the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA), and National Innovation and Excellence Award for Best Master Planned Community category by the Property Council of Australia. We would like to say a huge congratulation to our team, our consultants, the City of Wanneroo and most importantly, our residents who make Alkimos Beach a genuine and welcoming community.

This is a highly sought-after industry award that recognises Lendlease and LandCorp’s extensive efforts to deliver a thoughtfully planned, innovative and sustainable coastal community of global significance. The award also recognises that residents living in Alkimos Beach have benefited from early establishment of amenities including two schools, a shopping centre, Alkimos Surf Life Saving Club, two beach access points, parks and playing fields.

Construction Update

The Rise (Stage 9) launched in mid-March and is now over half sold. Don’t miss out on building your dream home on one of these exclusive lots.

Since being released to market, Stage 8 is selling consistently to new, happy customers, with civil construction underway and due for completion by mid 2018.

Stage 6 construction is now complete with homes beginning construction over next few weeks.

It is important to always seek approval from us prior to construction of any structures within your property boundary and we encourage you to make use of the free consultation services provided by our Design Covenants Manager. All requests for a consultation can be directed to: [email protected].

Sand Dune Earthworks

We are pleased to confirm that earthworks will begin this month on the dune opposite Alkimos Beach Primary School. This is part of the next stage of development throughout 2018/19 at Alkimos Beach.
The program will take approximately 6 months to complete with the following measures in place to ensure minimal impact to residents:

  • Dust and sand drift - ongoing management with the use of water carts, street sweeping, hydro mulch and temporary irrigation.
  • Operating hours - limited per the conditions of development approval to limit noise impact to the residents.
  • A program and plan of the works can be viewed at the Sprout Hub community notice board

If you have any queries about these works please contact the Lendlease Customer Service Centre on 1800 255 466 or [email protected].

Last Chance on Providence Drive

All retails lots are now sold out on Providence Drive. For your last chance to secure an exclusive Providence Drive address, please visit us at the Sales and Information Centre for more information on the Express two-storey homes. These exclusive homes are due for completion this month. Don’t miss out!

Infrastructure and Landscaping

Flood lighting infrastructure has commenced on Leatherback Oval. This project is being managed by the City of Wanneroo and is jointly funded by Alkimos Beach and the City.

The new entry statement has been installed on the corner of Brindabella Parkway and Marmion Avenue as well as new streetscapes along Hawksbill Drive and Painted Parkway.

New Fitness Park

The construction of the new Fitness Park is well underway with both survey and earthworks now complete. The program will take approximately four months to complete with the following measures in place to ensure minimal impact to residents:
  • Dust and Sand Drift – Ongoing management with the use of water carts, street sweeping and hydro mulch.
  • Operating hours – Limited per the conditions of development approval to limit noise impacts.
  • Dune Retention – The design specifically aims to retain as much of the natural dune and vegetation as possible.
The newest parkland area will have a fitness theme with running/walking pathways and fitness equipment within the park along with landscaping and tiered seating. We are excited to bring this new parkland to our community whilst further enhancing the beauty of your very own Alkimos Beach.
