Perfectly positioned between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, Yarrabilba is in the middle of it all.
Just 15 kilometres from the M1 Motorway, it’s an easy drive to South East Queensland’s renowned theme parks, award winning Mount Tamborine wineries and stunning natural scenery of the Gold Coast and surrounding hinterland.
As well as a great location, Yarrabilba is about family and community. In January 2014, the Yarrabilba Super Park, Darlington Parklands opened. It features a 30m flying fox, water play area, climbing dome, fortress with slides, multi swing, outdoor gym, half basketball court, events oval, BBQ facilities and more.
The first neighbourhood will also have hike and bike trails, sports oval, business centre, supermarket and a range of specialty shops–all within walking distance of your new front door.
Upon completion in 2041, Yarrabilba will have around 17,000 homes with a population of approximately 45,000 people.
There are plans for a town centre, business park and a number of smaller centres throughout the community.
A total of 11 schools are proposed, offering a full range of educational facilities from early childcare and learning to secondary and potentially higher learning.
More than 25 percent of Yarrabilba will be reserved as open space, including environmental corridors, bushland reserves, parks, landscaped areas and playing fields.
Lendlease plans to create more than 13,000 onsite jobs and a 100+ hectare Mixed Industry Business Area (MIBA) that will accommodate a range of businesses.
More than just a great location, Yarrabilba will be a vibrant community and great place to live. With many more facilities planned, you and your family will love living in the South East Queensland’s premier destination for relaxation, recreation and community activities.
