The New Rouse Hill is a joint venture between Lendlease and The GPT Group in conjunction with Landcom and the NSW Department of Planning and Environment. This unique and vibrant community will transform the northwest sector of Sydney by providing a fully functional and cohesive township complete with town centre, educational and community facilities.

The Office of Strategic Lands (OSL) within the Department of Planning and Environment administers the landholdings of the Minister for Planning. The Minister retains land ownership ahead of the delivery of the development. Landcom acts in conjunction with OSL as the lead representative on behalf of the NSW Government to oversee the delivery of the ‘vision’ for The New Rouse Hill as a community.
The GPT Group (GPT), as joint venture partners with Lendlease, will develop the 122-hectare New Rouse Hill over a 12-year period. GPT has already delivered the hugely successful Rouse Hill Town Centre, which continues to be owned and managed by GPT.
