When complete, the Mungerie Paddock will stretch across 7500m2 of green open space, connecting to Caddies Creek. As well as providing open space and grassed areas, The Paddock will incorporate wetlands as part of The New Rouse Hill’s Water Sensitive Urban Design program.

Neighbourhood parks are located throughout The New Rouse Hill. Residents are already able to enjoy Magnolia Park, and the bbq facilities and playground within the leafy Melaleuca Park.

The recently opened Caddies Creek Reserve spans 1.7km from Sanctuary Drive to Commercial Rd, and it is $7M regeneration program includes the planting of over 17,000 shrubs and trees, two bridges crossing the creek, picnic facilities and a unique playground that includes a giant swing, water pump and Aeroskate skateboard simulator.
