Development to Date

Springfield Rise at Spring Mountain continues to grow and is developing into another fantastic community, with over 1,000 lots sold to date. In Forest Ridge, new residents are moving in every week.

A highlight for this year will be the opening of our Queensland Master Builders Display Village, the largest of its kind in South-East Queensland with 56 homes to be on display! Located in our Park Lane address, the display village will open mid-year and will also include the opening of our new Sales Centre, Property Management office and café!

Also in Park Lane, the first primary school in Springfield Rise has just commenced construction. The new Springfield West State Primary School will be open for the 2019 school year.

If you haven’t viewed our Spring update, check it out now, and stay tuned for our Summer edition out soon!

Forest Ridge Stage 14

Roadworks are nearing completion and installation of street lighting has commenced. Landscaping, including turf and street planting, is progressing.

As the delivery of this stage is hinging upon the construction of the adjoining Grande Avenue extension, purchasers in this stage are being kept up-to-date with regular communication about progress. Valuer, survey and geotechnical access is now available by appointment. Please email to arrange a time to access this stage.

A warm welcome to our new residents who have already moved into their new homes in Forest Ridge, and future residents who will be moving in soon!

Park Lane

Not only is the new display village progressing, but some customers have also commenced construction of their new homes in Park Lane which is great to see.

Park Lane Stages 7, 8a, 8b, 9, 10, 11 and 12 are just about complete and purchasers in these stages are being kept up-to-date with construction and settlement progress.

Valuer, survey and geotechnical access is available by appointment by emailing to arrange a time to access these stages.

Development is progressing well in all stages of Creekwood (Stages 1 to 11).

All purchasers in these stages are being kept up-to-date with detailed construction and settlement progress.

For those purchasers in Stages 1 to 4 in Creekwood, valuer, survey and geotechnical access is available by appointment by emailing to arrange a time to access these stages.

The Creekwood entry road and culvert crossing (pictured) that allows access into Creekwood is forecast for completion in early March 2018, in line with remaining stage works for Stages 1 to 4.

Latest and Upcoming Land Releases

Our latest address in Springfield Rise at Spring Mountain is The Highlands and you'll be impressed by its many features. Bordered by the White Rock and Spring Mountain Conservation Estate to the south, and adjoining one of Spring Mountain’s largest district parks to the north, you’ll be spoilt for choice on your daily walks and cycles. Enjoy the view from the top – the elevation of The Highlands will mean that some lots will offer city views. Plus you’ll enjoy the convenience of schools, shops, child care centres and other parks already nearby.

Upcoming addresses to be released will be The Boulevard and Sunset Ridge. Adjacent to a recreational park, The Boulevard will feature approximately 100 blocks of land, a neighborhood shopping centre, and there are also plans for some medium density and townhouse products. Sunset Ridge will boast around 250 residential blocks once completed.
