Living Here

Groups and Events

Creating communities is only part of the story at Lendlease. We use modern planning methods to give our developments the kind of feeling that neighbourhoods used to have.

Springfield Lakes has an established and active community where there’s always something fun to do and wonderful people to meet.

Springfield Lakes holds plenty of community events all year round, including regular ‘Meet Your Neighbour’ days.

When you move in to Springfield Lakes, you can choose to join in with community groups and activities like sporting clubs, mothers’ groups, a leisure club, fun runs, community picnics, festivals, and more.

  • Springfield Lakes Small Grants Program
Recognising the importance of building communities from the ground up, we’ve created the program to fund projects or events that benefit the community, including (but not limited to) arts & culture, recreation, education, welfare, environment and health.  We want to ensure our contributions are responsive and relevant and that you, the residents and groups of Springfield Lakes and surrounds, have an active role in shaping our community together.

This is your opportunity to make a positive and lasting impact within Springfield Lakes. Let’s make your community initiative happen! The next round is open April 1 - 30. Click here for more information or contact Lendlease’s Community Coordinator Julia Wood at or 0447 824 623 to discuss your ideas.

The Springfield Lakes Small Grants Program is an initiative of the Bendigo Bank Community Enterprise Foundation and Lendlease. We encourage organisations that share the Lendlease values to apply.
