Jordan Springs is nestled in a recess on the western side of the 900ha Wianamatta Regional Park. The park includes heritage-listed Cumberland Plain Woodland, provides a natural habitat for native wildlife and plants and will soon be home to a range of eco-sensitive facilities including walking and bike trails.
Along with the proposed Jordan Springs Public Primary School, there are 38 primary and 12 high schools in the Penrith Valley, including St Paul’s Grammar, Xavier College, Penrith Anglican College and St Dominic’s Grammar School.
At the heart of the community sits Jordan Springs town centre where you’ll find a Woolworths supermarket and liquor store, 18 specialty shops, restaurants, cafes and a gym. The town centre is connected to the community by footpaths so you can walk or ride to the shops and also has ample parking for cars.
Having an active and healthy lifestyle is easy to achieve at Jordan Springs. Upon completion, the community will have a total of 17 ha of open space, including parks, sports ovals, playgrounds and barbeque areas.
