Sales at Atherstone continue to exceed expectations with sell-out releases. This fantastic result has been achieved across a range of lot types indicating strong demand to live within Atherstone community. Construction on site is progressing rapidly. Atherstone’s construction team have experienced some delays due to the volume of development in the industry. We thank you for your patience and will keep you informed on progress.

Abey Road BridgeThe Abey Road bridge currently under construction by Melton City Council will provide a new Toolern Creek crossing. It is expected that this Bridge will be open mid this year and will form a vital link to the Melton Town Centre. Further information can be sought by contacting the City of Melton. Atherstone Gets A New Park
Your new local park will be situated between Stonehenge Drive and Shale Pass, in between Alabaster Avenue and Duloe Rise. The park will boast a large grass area, playground with multiple climbing frames, slides, rockers and swings, half basketball court and much more.
Estimated to be completed August 2017.
Melton Hockey Club's Grand Opening celebrations includes fireworks, will take place on 1st April 2017 at 8pm. We hope the community can join the club for this event. To reduce impact on animals, please consider the following. Keep animals indoors for the duration of the display. Minimise stress by feeding or playing music. Please ensure your pet’s microchip details and council registration are up to date and your pet is wearing a collar or ID tag.
