Building homes is just part of the story at Alkimos Beach

Our modern planning and community development methods create safe, self-sustaining communities where neighbours have the opportunity to meet and become friends. To keep up to date with community events, groups and meet-ups, ‘Like’ the Alkimos Beach Facebook page.

Sprout Community Hub

Connect with your community over a great coffee at the Sprout Community Hub. Located in Escarpment Park, this temporary community space is equipped with a kiosk (serving delicious coffee and snacks!) and can cater for business meetings, event launches, and training sessions with built in multimedia, catering for up to 70 people. It’s a place where you co-work, attend community events, or catch up with friends and neighbours over a coffee.

Supporting Alkimos Beach Local Groups with the Seedling Fund

Designed to support local groups and clubs to do great things for the Alkimos Beach community, the Seeding Fund creates a culture of contribution and gets local residents involved. There are so many amazing groups and individuals working hard to better our community. The Seedling Fund recognises this great work, and gives back with the purchase of much needed items for community clubs, groups, associations, or even individuals who have a great idea.

Community Groups

At Alkimos Beach, there are a number of established community groups that you can get involved in, including:
