Belong at the heart of the North Coast

Be Part of a Vibrant Community

From day one, you’ll feel like you belong. Take Sprout, for example – Alkimos Beach’s pop-up community hub. It’s a café, a neighbourhood meeting place and an event centre. It’s a place where you can enjoy a coffee and a catch up while your kids play and explore in the adjoining Escarpment Park. It’s also somewhere you can hire a workplace or run a community group. So be sure to drop by. Even if it’s just to pick up some of our free planter box herbs (If you love chillies, get ‘em while they’re hot). There are lots of great community events planned for Sprout, so ‘like’ us on Facebook to find out more.

Be Close to Outdoor Fun and Adventure

Get up and go. That’s what you and your family like to do, and that’s exactly what you can do when you live in Alkimos Beach. You’ll not only have the beach on your doorstep, you’ll have an abundance of landscaped parks, bushlands, and playing fields to enjoy. Almost one third of the whole community, in fact, will be reserved for public open space – with the Alkimos Beach oval ready for its first sporting heroes right now. And with the Escarpment Park also bringing joy to residents of all ages, you and the great outdoors really will belong.

Alkimos Beach is Australia's first BeachSAFE Community in Australia. See more about it in our TV ad here!

Be confident of your future

LandCorp and Lendlease. These are two of the biggest and most respected names in land development. They also happen to be the two names right behind the community at Alkimos Beach. So what does this mean to you? In a word: confidence. Confidence that in LandCorp your community has the backing of our State Government’s land development agency. And confidence that in Lendlease, you have the backing of one of the world’s leading property developers. Belonging to Alkimos Beach is great now. You can be confident that it will continue to be so for generations to come.
